About me
Hello and Welcome to my webpage. My name is Ebricio Mondragon, and I’ve been an IT Specialist for over twenty-plus years. IT stands for information technology, which means I am very knowledgeable about all the sources of computer technology, from their functionality to how to troubleshoot them when they are not functioning properly.
What makes me special is that I have more than twenty years of technological experience, making me very knowledgeable about old and new technologies. For example, I have worked with Microsoft Windows computers/server platforms and devices, Mac computers and other Apple products, Android systems, Google Chromebook and Workspace, building wireless and/or wire networks for home and business, and much more.

When I was in elementary school, I was introduced to the world of computers, and I loved it. Then when I was in junior high, I had my first Disk Operating System (DOS) computer where I learned to use WordPerfect and played Battle Chess and Doom. When I was fifteen, my computer didn’t start (boot) so, I opened the computer and started to move stuff around without any technical knowledge of how dangerous it could be. Disconnecting the cable and connecting it back, taking out some chips, (memory), and then putting it back. Then when everything was connected, I turned it on, and the computer started to work normally, at that moment, I knew that I wanted to work with technology, especially in the field of computers.
After high school, in 2000 I went to a technical school called Instituto Tecnologico, where I learned how to assemble, troubleshoot, repair, computer, and network. Then learn how to manage/administrate Windows servers and create user roles and permissions. Installing and configuring software, hardware, and devices.
When I graduated as a Computer Technician with a 3.99 GPA, the school director offered me a part-time job to be their new technician. My responsibility was to give maintenance to all the computers and devices. Also, help students with their studies and supervise them when they are practicing. Two years later, I started to teach computer repair courses, Microsoft Windows, Networking, and Office. As I was doing all this, I was also doing freelance IT work for clinics, businesses, and people’s homes.
Then in 2008, I started a new job as a computer technician for a Magazine called El Aviso where my knowledge expanded. Keeping up with the latest technology and innovating the company’s work environment to be more productive. But also, got the opportunity to learn and work in every position in the company. I have worked as a receptionist, administrator, graphic designer, web designer, social media, and developer.
Now I am trying something new. Many of my family members, friends, coworkers, and bosses (present and past), are telling me “With your experience, your honesty, and charismatic personality you should open my own business, not only because you like technology but you like to help people more” and now that is what I am trying to do.
